Where can i find NRI business investors to start new business venture ?

Author: I am seeking NRI / PIO investors to start a new business in India. I am a resident and need funds and start up capital to start a new International trading venture. Simply saying this business project is a high yield, long term project. The capital requirement may be 10 digit of Indian rupees.
Why is that special that you are looking for a NRI & PIO to start this business, when you cannot sell you rproduct local how would you convince O/S investers, I think it will be an idle situation that you approach an Investment house or a Venture capitalist to assist you as they will be able to identify and link Investors as No one would like to invest in your project if they do not know you earlier.*

how much success rate are you expecting ?
why wont your local financial institution able to finance you ?

Other than your time, ideas and talent to his point, 1] How much of your own money are you prepared to invest in your own project?
2] Are you ready, willing and able to put-up or pledge each and every one of your own personal assets?
3] If your project fails, how are you going to
re-pay "10 digit of Indian rupees"?
When you can honestly answer ALL those Qs AND the Qs asked by other folks "answering" your Q, MAYBE there might be a group which might be of some assistance.
