Author: Legit and serious offers only. I am interested in purchasing a non-retail Internet business that is well established for at least 3 years. Purchase price no more than $25K. The annual profit is no less than $20K.

Basically you want to buy a business that will pay for itself after 1.25 years? Are you serious? Nobody would sell a business like that, and if you do get one, then the numbers are fudged.
