I’m interested in starting an online business that works. I would consider a dating site, casino site, or other websites that work. I would like to know how I can get stated. I have lots of online experiance. I have looked at many different companies that provide online dating, and casino sites built and read to run. How legit are they, and are their claims for success accurate? They average in price from $499-$12,000. I don’t have a lot of money especially to throw away in a scam. What are my best options. I’ve done ebay, and a few of the online marketing scams that don’t work. I’m billingual, English and Spanish, have a two year general degree working on my B.a in business management. I’m receptive to working with other people on a new idea that we can market online, have a few ideas myself just don’t know how to get started, can someone lead me in the right direction?

Starting an online business is not at all a great deal!!! However making it profitable is the real challenge for any online marketer.If you want to make money online, that’s great, but you need a system. You need to follow the strategies which are aleready tried n tested & are used by the champions who could make their fortune on the internet. So you must work with someone who can prove their system – be cautious and careful. You need to crawl first before you can walk or run – the best way to learn is to become an Affiliate Marketer. The main advantage with affiliate marketing is that -suppose the product you are promoting is not selling well due to some reason, you can drop that product & chose something else to sell.In short as an affiliate you are essentially a free-lance marketer – not bound by long-term contracts having a freedom to review / revise / remould your plans as per the demand in the market . The question is straightforward. I want to know how people make their online business successful? From how they start from scratch. How did you get your inspiration if you own an online business? Where do you get your products? Do you make them yourself or what? How do you market your products? And how did you come about making your own personal website? Did you make it yourself or hire a professional to do it? How much time out of the week does your online business take up?

To make an online business successful, you must know what you are doing. You can’t just walk through your business owning days blindly. That won’t work. You also have to love what you are doing. If not, you will become bored and even find that you aren’t caring or putting enough effort into it as you should be.

To start an online business, of course you must first establish the business. You will need at least these for things: 1. dba. 2. ein. 3. Seller’s permit. 4. business license.
Then, you will need a domain (www.yourname.com), website, host, shopping cart/ merchant account, etc. You can either pay someone to design the website for you (which I HIGHLY recommend if you are not good with html or css codes), or you can use a template. If you use a designer, they will let you know what shopping carts and hosting will work best with the website they created.

I got my inspiration for my business because I realized that only I can live out my dreams. I realized that I can’t work for someone else and always have my ideas put into action, or even be heard! I took a business class and fell in love. I found myself wanting to know everything about it, and actually reading business text books in my spare time.

I am not very creative with my hands, so I purchase my products from wholesalers. I love to shop, and shopping for my store, even sorting inventory, is really rewarding for me!

I market my products a few different ways. Word of mouth is a huge way!! Some how, my business almost always can be brought up in a conversation just by chance. Of course, I carry plenty of business cards around with me to hand out. I have email marketing through a subscription. I offer promotional items with my business name on it as well. There are many other things.

I did not have the time to learn how to do web design, and I wanted my website to be very customizable to my needs and wants. I knew that a template wouldn’t give me what I needed. I looked around for a web designer and glanced at many portfolios until I found one that I liked. I got VERY lucky to find a designer that offered a shopping cart in the one time fee.
Shopping carts can get very expensive, the price goes up with the more products you get. I don’t have to pay a monthly fee.

I would say that my business probably takes up a large chunk of my time during the week, including weekends. My work does not stop during the weekends. But, I got very lucky because I still have time to do things that I like… even though taking care of my business is probably my favorite thing to do. I still find time to see my friends and spend time with my family often.

I have an Irish Employment Permit for 3 years to work for a particular employer only in Rep. of Ireland. Can I easily start my e-business website? Is it illegal? Can I own any other source of income like doing some online trade? I mean not as a big company. Just as a startup only.

Yes you can, but only while you are continuing your existing job.

If your online business prospers to the point where you can give up your job, you would need to apply for a new employment permit if you intend to stay in RI.

As long as you can show you are contributing to the economy, it shouldn’t be a problem.

In other words make sure you declare your online income and pay the relevant tax.

I am starting a online business that offers many free stuff for users, and later some people will want to pay by PayPal to advertise on my website. I would like to ask you what are the legal procedures to let people advertise and pay a certain amount of money to me every month they want my online services in order for them to advertise on my website and do all of this legally?

What should I do to make this legal? What are the basic procedures? Please, help me, I don’t know anything about Law and I need to get more information in order to make my online business possible.

I am not very sure about the law in Canada. But for online advertising, you doesn’t need to get into law. You can create a business account in paypal and people can pay to that account without any legal formalities.

I am trying advertise an online dietary supplement business and I was wondering if anyone knows how i can go about advertising and what is the most cost effective way to advertise on about 200.00 dollars a month? I would like to target mostly people in a different state then me!

Write nutrition based articles and submit them to sites like www.ezinearticles.com. Keep them non-product specific so other sites may pick them up and use them on their websites. I would like to start selling wholesale body jewelry online as a side gig. I am currently a college student so making some extra cash would be nice. I have a distributor that I buy from but would like some advise on how to actually set up an online store as well as any steps I would need to take as far as taxes and business licenses go. You want to choose a name,when you do this you will first have to find out if any one else is using the name already, then create a website and all of that good stuff, you can either do it your self or have someone do it for you, you can also save a lot of headache and sell on e bay, after you show you are a serious seller you get perks and you do not have to worry about getting people to go to your site because everyone goes to e bay first to find stuff nowadays they take care of all the little things and they have dropped thier fees to hardly nothing, your payments will be secured through paypal if you want so you don’t get burned and you will get mad exposure, being a student you want this to be smooth , taxes are filed as a business owner and you get a lot of write offs, all of your expences are written off so that helps Good Luck
