Can anyone recommend any good text books for Business Development Managers? I am 22 and have a career in this?

Author: I often have to compose marketing plans and stratagies. Can you suggest great books to assist me in becoming better at my job and excelling as a Business development manager.
Also any books or programmes that help with the actual format and templating of business plans, marcom plans, business strategy etc would be appreciated.
